Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Tier8 AI LLC's products and services, including The RAISE AI Maturity Assessment ("RAISE Assessment").
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are generally final.
No Refunds After Access
Once you have been granted access to the RAISE Assessment or have received any portion of your assessment results or report, the purchase is non-refundable.
This policy reflects the immediate delivery of proprietary digital content and insights upon access.
Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing or completing your assessment, please contact us at support@tier8.ai within 7 days of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide access to a replacement assessment, or
- Issue a refund
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
