Disagreement Finding: Security & RiskScore spread of 43 pts. Leadership does not share a view of AI risk exposure.
What It Is

A structured assessment built for leadership teams.

Most organizations have a fragmented view of their AI maturity. Leaders in different functions see different realities, and nobody has the full picture.

The RAISE OS Assessment changes that. Your senior leadership team responds to a targeted question set across five pillars of AI maturity. The result is a scored, visual report that reveals where you’re strong, where you’re exposed, and critically, where your leadership team doesn’t agree.

How It Works

A clear process. A concrete output.

01

Assess

Key stakeholders complete a structured assessment covering the five RAISE pillars. Designed for senior leaders, not IT specialists. Takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes per respondent.

02

Score

Responses are aggregated into a maturity score for each pillar across four bands: Initial, Developing, Advancing, and Leading. Disagreements between respondents are surfaced as findings, not averaged away.

03

Report

You receive a detailed report with pillar scores, maturity band placement, gap analysis, and prioritized next steps. The report is designed to be acted on immediately by your team.

The Multi-Respondent Difference

What most assessments miss.

Most AI maturity tools give you one score from one perspective. That’s not how organizations actually work.

The RAISE OS Assessment is designed for multiple senior respondents: your CTO, CHRO, COO, CFO, and others. When their scores diverge significantly across a pillar, that divergence is a finding. It means your leadership team has fundamentally different views of your AI readiness, and that misalignment is often more important than the average score.

No other commercial assessment treats disagreement as data. The RAISE OS does.

Who It’s For

Built for organizations moving beyond experimentation.

The RAISE OS is built for mid-sized organizations that already have AI in use, but need structure, alignment, and a clear path forward.

If your leadership team can’t agree on where you stand with AI, that’s not a problem to ignore. It’s the first finding.
