What does the Roadmap process look like right now?
It is a live, facilitated, AI-guided process, not a form to fill out or a chatbot to prompt on your own. It runs as two 60-minute sessions and one 30-minute session, all facilitated live by Tier8.
How much time does it take?
About two and a half hours of live session time from the primary participant, spread across three sessions, plus a 30-minute debrief after delivery. Sessions are scheduled around your calendar.
Does anyone besides me need to participate?
No. The AI Maturity Assessment is included and can be completed by up to six leaders on your team, but it’s optional. If additional leaders complete it, their responses contribute to the Roadmap’s readiness analysis.
What does “no cost” actually mean?
Tier8 is selecting five growing organizations to participate in the Founding Partner Program at no cost. Applications are reviewed for fit. In exchange, we ask for a short feedback conversation and, if it’s earned, a testimonial.
When do we get the Roadmap?
The Roadmap is delivered within a few business days of your final session, followed by a 30-minute debrief.
Does the Roadmap include implementation?
No. The Roadmap is planning-level: a sequenced, evidence-labeled plan covering three process-level transformation opportunities. It does not include detailed implementation design or execution.

How does the process work?
Simple and fast. Submit intake form → Pay securely via Stripe → Respondents receive assessment links within minutes → Each person completes independently in 10 to 15 minutes → The report generates automatically after all respondents complete or 10 days have passed, whichever comes first → Receive your customized RAISE OS™ report within 24 hours or less of report generation.
Who should I invite to complete the assessment?
The RAISE OS™ Assessment is designed for senior leaders, typically a combination of C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across functions such as Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, and Risk. We recommend 3 to 6 respondents for the richest picture.
How long does the assessment take?
Each respondent completes the assessment independently. Most finish in 10 to 15 minutes. There is no coordination required. Respondents complete it on their own schedule within a 10-day window after purchase.
What do we get at the end?
You receive a detailed written report covering maturity scores, pillar-by-pillar analysis, disagreement findings, gap prioritization, and concrete next steps. The report is designed to be acted on immediately by your internal team.
What do we do after we receive the report?
Most organizations act on the findings directly with their internal teams. If the report points to a bigger transformation question, the AI Transformation Roadmap is the natural next step. If you want support implementing the recommendations, we can also connect you with a qualified consulting partner. Plan to reassess in 6 to 12 months to measure progress and recalibrate your priorities as your AI program matures.
What if our scores are all over the place?
Good, that is exactly what the assessment is designed to surface. Significant disagreement between respondents is treated as a finding in itself, not averaged away. It often turns out to be one of the most valuable parts of the report.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds once the assessment has been accessed since you receive immediate access to the full experience and insights. That said, if something isn't working as expected, let us know. We'll work with you to fix it, so you can get the full value from your assessment. Refund Policy.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Each assessment is a standalone engagement. There is no ongoing commitment required.
